10月25日 In between the showersManaged to avoid the rain today when out for my run. It's now chucking it down and it had been earlier. I nipped out after lunch and did a steady 6.25 in 49 minutes. A nice flat run took it easy - well that was the plan. Have been tired for the last few days - maybe the remnants of that cold last week?? Maybe it was something more than a cold? Maybe I've just been overdoing it? Dunno but still feel a bit weary whilst running? Mmmm lots to think about - could be food intake?
Anyways a nice steady run - equivalent to a sub-50 10k is a decent enough training run. Am still thinking about next years races etc and have not really made any decisions - Paul at club was mentioning the M word to me again - dunno if it's for me and if it was which one to go for. Lochaber was mentioned but Edinburgh had crossed my mind - then again I might wait until later in the year - Moray or Inverness??? All will depend if I get a GNR place - which would be a priority race for me.
